I am a master stylist and colorist with over two decades of experience, bringing a deep level of knowledge and care to every appointment. I’ve been in the industry since 2000, and my passion for hair continues to grow with each client I serve.
Since becoming an advanced Deva stylist in 2014, I’ve found true joy and fulfillment working with textured and curly hair. As someone who has naturally curly hair myself, I understand firsthand how important it is to feel heard, supported, and confident in your stylist’s expertise.
In 2023, I further expanded my craft by training with Rezo in New York City, enhancing my approach to modern curl cutting and coloring techniques.
I work with an organic color line designed to leave your hair feeling healthy, vibrant, and beautifully shiny—without the harsh chemicals.

Nancy Lynn is a distinguished hairstylist from the Pacific Northwest (PNW) region. With a career spanning since 2006, she has garnered extensive expertise in the art of haircutting, catering to clients of diverse hair types. Her overarching mission is to empower each individual who graces her salon chair to embrace their true selves at their very best. Nancy's commitment to excellence is reflected in her continuous pursuit of knowledge and skills enhancement through annual educational courses. Beyond her professional pursuits, Nancy Lynn dedicates her cherished moments to her family. Outside of the salon, she finds joy in family gatherings, cheering on her son at his sporting events, relishing outdoor adventures, indulging in lake days, embarking on camping excursions, exploring new travel destinations, and savoring the culinary delights of new restaurants.
Emily McMillan
I am a licensed hairstylist specializing in blonding, lived-in color, extensions, and personalized haircuts. My aim is to create hair that not only looks stunning upon leaving the salon but also grows out seamlessly to suit your lifestyle. With extensive experience in color corrections, balayage, and extensions, I prioritize hair health while helping you achieve your desired look. As a certified DreamCatchers hair extension specialist, I continuously update my skills to provide you with the best results. Natarah
Natarah has been doing hair since 2010. But the passion for hair started at a young age growing up with family in the industry. Specializing in curly hair doesn’t stop her from exploring all hair types. Updos and styling are her favorite. Especially styling and practicing on her young daughter.
Sara
Sara has been doing hair professionally since 2004 but has be in love with styling hair for as long as she can remember. From learning to French braid on the play ground to doing hair in the theater world. She started her business in Michigan and then worked for over a decade in Los Angeles before settling in Seattle. She loves working with most hair types but specializes in creating beautiful blondes, women’s short hair and special event styling including weddings. She is passionate about clean and safe ingredients and uses the most natural hair color and styling products on the market for those sensitive to chemicals and fragrances.
In her spare time she has developed her own natural skin care line, loves music and going on camping trips with her dogs.
Nikki
Nikki has been working in Ballard for 30 years.. She has seen and experienced many changes in the hair industry. Enjoys helping people look and feel their best . Continues to educate through workshop and classes.
Lillian Godefroy
Lilly's love for hair shined bright for the past 10 years. She is a color specialist, providing excellence in highlights, balayage, color and Brazilian Blowouts. She is passionate about providing excellent guest experience and connecting personally and individually with each client.
